Special Care

Special Care caters for service users with severe and profound intellectual and physical disabilities. The service offers both full-time residential and respite care places. It is divided into five areas; Avalon, St Raphaels, Hazelwood, St Bernadettes and St Louis Maries.

Avalon is a specialist unit for children.   St Raphael's is divided into two sections, one of which provides services for people who have dementia. Hazelwood offers facilities designed to meet the needs of older persons.
 

St Bernadette's and St Louis Marie's are residential units specialising in the needs of individuals who have greater mobility.
