About Us - Partnership Board

The Partnership Committee was established in 2008. It represents both the Management and the Trade Unions in Wisdom Services. The members of the committee attended a two day workshop on Partnership Committees under the Health Services National Partnership Forum in February 2008 and held their first meeting on the 14th of March 2008.

The Partnership Committee elected Patricia Brennan and Ger Gibbons as Joint Chairs for the current session.

Over the past year the committee has been a key part of our transformation programme. The most recent initiative was facilitating a number of all inclusive focus groups designed to look specifically at communication and staff morale. The outcomes were compiled into a report which will form part of the strategy informing future service developments.
